Expecting only minor rebound, until TST East signal is present, I won't do SP. Rather I would add SC positions upon any rebound.

if fallen over 23200 next target is 21300..... but if rebound is strong enough to reach 24000 up...then maybe market has a chance to go higher for wave #5....what's your view..
