Terry hing .. putting "indicator" aside then the only thing to do (in my opinion) is to wait .... assume market will adjust back to 193 - 196 then you can start to consider SP. If not then continue to wait. ....
Waiting is boring but will not lead to another mistake. My example: if market fall back to 196 - 193 then u can start consider SP (of course need to some tech analysis). So ... you can try 188 - 186 (subject to premium; IV .... ) if market hit the support you identified earlier then will need to cut SP 188 - 186 immediately and shift under 184 (by that time maybe is already month end) then probably need to consider open JUL 10 option .. say around 160 - 150 area (not sure ... again depends on premium / IV and volume). Cut loss and shift to lower level surely will incur cost .. so you might need to split from 1 contract to 2 contract (SP) in order to cover the lost + LP 174 cost ...
2 cents of tot .. maybe other C-Hing will not agree ..
