seriously I don't know. I don't know how to predict market.
I use very small money to play option (overnight position)
I usually play future each of the session . .... very seldom overnight to avoid risk! just like what Tiger hing did...

I think if I were you , I will make trading decision for option at major resistant/support area. If you are trading wrong direction, just cut lost or hedge (hedge need more knowledge on option, someone in this forum can make his portfolio very complicated but still can survive due to very good understanding on option hedging....)

Need to watch out your portfolio especially at a very single STRONG directional market.

Portfolio is your money, don't argue with your money, sometime we just need to admit fault/or see wrongly and follow the direction quickly.. the later you act, the later you regret...

Above is my own comment, where did not suggest you to cut lost of stay where you are. You will need to think for your own good.

sure, furthermore the option capital you have is usually from your fat meal gained in the futures market... so to you , it is a no risk trade

Just to share another way of understanding the market (i don't know if someone talk about it before).

This month average traded at the first few days (contract switching) : it is around 20900-20950. If I'm big player, may be 21800 is around the "satisfied" area... and will head south later to retest this support area 20900-20950 just same as MT's view too.



I don't know any more upside, but let's also wait for the fed meeting. see will bring any impact to the market.
