WQ32 is quite good as an analytic software, which MT Sir is usually using.
If your office cannot install it, you can either make daily study at home, or you can make analysis through some websites such as aastocks or yahoo etc.
pmp hing, I don't know whether you are suitable for options trading or not. To be a fact, you will be suitable if you can win money in the market, and you should try in real market to prove this. Before you jump in, you better use only a small small amount of money to try rather than investing big. You can also learn more and more here or through courses and do paper trading for 1-2 months. It is not so difficult in fact. And always don't be too greedy and hold tight stop loss, create your own strategy, as lofu hing said. Overall, I will recommend you to join MT Sir course as it is relatively not expensive.
There are around 7-8 courses, if you think you are poor, you can consider to just join first course. Until you win enough money, you don't join 2nd course. If you have a capital of around $100k, I think it is easy and safe to win 3-5k in a month for even a new option trader, which enough to pay course fee.
