It's not quite appropriate to discuss my system here. Different people have different personality (EQ) and strategies. What I can tell (as told previously) here are:
- Observe and identity the target high volume+premium positions at both Call and Put
- Use your own technical analysis skill to observe the High(s)/Low(s) and Support(s)/Resistance(s) and trade accordingly (I uses STC, MACD, MFI and RSI to combine with short to mid-term WMAs); record the futures position at the time you dealt.
- When direction not flavoured and futures is opposing the recorded futures by 150 points, you should consider do a big futures for hedging.
It appears that I am talking about something everyone knows.
The last rules are: a, don't be greedy, b, stop loss as appropriate.
