I still recall my "no-meat-eat" lesson last time ...hehe..  so not hurry to make decision when see "signals"
拗上+ 大成交 is my fundamental.   (有時見日圖#1剛剛跌落黎，#2 #3 又遠V距離，真係有戒心)

I also no meat eat today.  If I dare to not do the futures as hedge and hold the 220SC until 4p then ci before day close (at 611), I'll get an overall gain.  But thinking over, the PM drop was too scary, I'm an normal person so hedging or stop loss is the natural and key discipline.  As paaq hing says, Safety First.
