Voatile?

I would rather say it's stagnant. HSI Futures H-L differences were 275 pts on monday, 154 yesterday and 251 this morning. Week's H-L difference is only 318 pts so far. 10-day ATR has dropped from 400's early Feb to 306 now, although 20-day BB is expanding steadily since last week.
